Elderly man dies after being struck crossing the street

Friday in Brooklyn, a 73-year-old man was hit while crossing an intersection -- not once, but twice. As the elderly man was crossing the street, a gray Dodge Dakota heading east on 65th Street struck him. The man was propelled into the westbound land where he was then struck by a Chevy Astro van.
